SIMPLE THINGS

Simple Things is a series of ten works exploring the overlooked objects, moments, and experiences that quietly shape everyday life. Through the visual language of Pattern Boy and the conceptual framework of Pattern World, ordinary subjects are transformed into interconnected systems of meaning.

Within Pattern World, nothing exists in isolation. Every object, memory, emotion, and action becomes part of a larger network of relationships. The familiar and seemingly insignificant are reimagined as active participants in a living visual ecosystem, where patterns function as symbols of connection, continuity, and shared experience.

By translating simple forms into dense patterned environments, Pattern Boy reveals the hidden complexity embedded within everyday life. The works suggest that the world is not defined by isolated objects but by the invisible relationships that connect them. In this way, Simple Things becomes both a celebration of the ordinary and an exploration of the universal structures that shape human experience.
