The collaboration between Union Hookah and Pattern Boy presents a limited series of 27 objects in which a functional item is reinterpreted as an independent artistic form.
Each piece is handcrafted: the wooden overlays are covered with silver meta-patterns over a black surface, forming a complex continuous structure. The ornament does not function as a decorative element, but rather as a visual environment that creates the effect of gradual immersion into the image. With prolonged observation, the composition begins to dissolve into micro-narratives, hidden rhythms, and fragments of visual code.
The series explores the boundary between object design, street aesthetics, and contemporary art. The repetitive pattern becomes a tool for transforming a utilitarian form into a collectible artifact, where each piece possesses its own plasticity and internal logic.
More than 330 hours of handwork were dedicated to the creation of the series. Each Union Hookah Argument exists as a one-of-one piece.
