BAGEL SUPREMACY 001

This work explores the power of symbols in shaping cultural identity through the familiar image of white bagels confined within a rigid square structure. Removed from their everyday function, the bagels become abstract forms within an artificial visual order that challenges, associations and meaning.

The contrasting pink and yellow background intensifies the sense of tension and absurdity, encouraging the viewer to reconsider how mass culture transforms ordinary objects into cultural statements.

Through irony and repetition, the work reflects on consumption, perception, and the ways familiar symbols can be deconstructed, stripped of certainty, and reimagined as provocative visual language.
